pass in Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary 

Examinations, Kerala or any other Examinations recognized by Government as equivalent thereto.

Qualifications: A pass in T.T.C (Tamil) Examination conducted by the Commissioner for 

Government Examinations, Kerala.
