General Instructions: 1. The prescribed essential qualifications are minimum and enhanced qualifications does not entail candidates to be called for test. 2. This post is non-government under Indian Council of Agricultureal Research, which is an autonomous body and will be governed by New Pension Scheme, 2004 introduced by Govt. of India with other servce conditions mutatis-mutandis and as amended from time to time. 3. Age Limit: 18-30 years as on closing date fixed for receipt of applications. Relaxation in upper limit is allowed to all the reserved category as per Govt. of India rules. 4. Application fee: Nil 5. The selected candidate will have to undergo one year on-the-job training, which will be provided by this Directorate. The selected candidate will be called as Technical traniee during the training period. After the successful completion of the one year training, a certificate to this effect will be provided by Director, ICAR-DSR, Indore and regular appointment will be done. 6. Person already in employement should route their application through proper channel, otherwise, their applications received directly are liable to be rejected. 7. No correspondance will be entertained from any candidate for selection /test /appointmet. Canvassing in any form wil be treated as disqualification. 8. Candidates are advised to send attested copies of each certificate or any other authentic document in support of their age along with mark sheet, caste certificates in support of getting age relaxation etc. with their applications. 9. The last date of receiving application is on or before 15.02.2015 (05:00 PM) and 20.02.2015 for applicants residing at applications posted from the Andman & Nicobar Islands, UT of Lakshadweep, Union Territories in the North Eastern Region, Ladakh Division of J&K State, Sikkim, Pangi, sub-division of Chamba, Lahul & Spiti districts of Himachal Pradesh. 11. Incomplete application or without prescribed proforma or declaration or without certified copies of certificates i.e without proof of qualification, age, caste certificate shall be summarily rejected. No representation or correspondance regarding such rejection shall be entertained under any circumstances. 12. The candidates may submit their application strictly in the prescribed proforma as published in ICAR-DSR website, The envolope containing the application form should be super-scribed in bold letters as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF TECHNICIAN (T-1), Advt. No……” 13. The selected candidate will initially report at ICAR-DSR, Indore. However, the appointee will be liable to serve in any where in India. 14. Application received after due date for any reason including postal delay will be summarily rejected. 15. The Director, ICAR-DSR reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies, change any of the conditions, change the dates of the tests and rejects any or all applications without assigning any reason thereoff, whatsoever. 16.
