Qualification: 1. Proficient in English Language written and verbal communication as well as comprehension. 2. Proficient in MS Office and other productivity tools. 3. Graduation (full time) with a minimum of 60% marks. 4. Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or execution role with a direct impact on services delivery to end clients. Desirable if the experience is in the department of programme administration in higher education institutions or in the department of training and development responsibilities of programme execution, coordination and administration. 5 The candidate should have analytical and problem-solving skills, leadership potential, agility and enthusiasm. Candidate should have demonstrated capability of being a team player and resourceful in managing challenges.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on the last date of application
Desired Skills: 1. Efficient and responsive communication with programme faculty. 2. Responding to programme inquiries on phone and on email. 3. Responsive communication and interaction with programme participants on the phone and on email as well as in person. 4. Completion of nomination formalities, invoicing, participant acceptance and offer letter release. 5. Daily update of CRM and weekly MIS on programmes. 6. Working on weekends including Saturdays and Sundays. 7. Availability on mobile and email communication beyond working hours
Job Responsibilities: 1. Collating, Maintaining and Reporting of programme statistics and data. 2. Time management and planning for the flawless execution of programmes. 3. Facilities booking, classrooms and study material availability. 4. Coordination with Programmes Faculty Chair and Faculty. 5. Managing programme exigencies and unplanned activities. 6. Ensure the entry of data into CRM and timely feedback compilation. 7. Coordinating with external service providers and internal support departments. 8. Escalation and resolution of individual participant related issues.
