Pay Scale: Rs. 15,000 to 17,000 Rupees per month (Based on qualification and experience), PF, mobile charges, Travel allowance and Health Insurance Facility available.
Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor degree in social work, psychology, sociology or any equivalent qualification,. 1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in relevant field. 2. Understanding of TB and health related work 3. Fluency in written and spoken Kannada and Knowledge of English language. 4. Knowledge and experience working in Government health systems. 5. Good communication, leadership and facilitation skills. 6. Willingness and ability to travel extensively in field areas.
Job Responsibilities: Conduct initial counselling session with the patient and family member and do risk assessment 1. Conduct follow-up visits / calls to patients for tracking adherence based on individual follow up plan 2. Record treatment adherence on a monthly basis and treatment outcome at the end of treatment 3. Provide information on DBT, social support/security schemes for which patients are eligible
