Qualification: 1. PhD in Genomics/Life Science subjects 2. Minimum 8 years of Post-PhD experience in genomics/Life Science research laboratory and/or industry (out of which minimum 3 years’ experience in managing genomics platforms/genomics or life science service industry)
Pay Scale: Consolidated Emoluments: ` 1,20,000/- – ` 1,50,000/- p.m.
Age Limit: 45 years
Desirable Qualifications: 1. MBA from a reputed organization 2. Experience of management and co-ordination of large multi-centre projects, liaising with international organizations 3. Experience of running independently for profit/not for profit life science ventures 4. Experience of preparing reports of projects, documents required by funders and clients, etc.
Job Responsibilities: Provide overall leadership, direction and vision to the Core, that involves meeting short term and long term objectives, forming and developing a team; oversee operations and setting processes for best in class deliverable; role also involves high level networking, formulating winning strategies, policies and periodically advising the Monitoring Committee and Governing Board of the Core
