Qualification: ME/M.Tech Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Nanotechnology/ Material Science/VLSI or any other domain related the Project. Candidates having good academic and research background and GATE score will be given preference
Pay Scale: Rs. 25,000 per month consolidated depending upon qualifications (Revised Scale Rs. 31000/- after approval as per SERB DST norms).
Age Limit: Preferably 30 years for JRF as on the date of Interview
Desirable Qualifications: Candidates having knowledge on Simulation Tools such as Lumerical, COMSOL Multiphysics and MATLAB will be given preference.
