Experience Requirements: 7+ years in energy efficiency, project management & policy research. If the experience involves at least 3 years of experience in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration industry/ space cooling it is most preferred

Job Responsibilities: Project Manager is required to coordinate the project activities and conduct following activities/duties/responsibilities: Key results expected: Plan the activities of the project and monitor progress against the approved work plan - Project planning and execution, team planning and define roles/responsibilities of team - Client interaction to maintain good and cordial relations - Effectively coordinating various project activities and collecting necessary information/update about the project progress - Managing the entire information flow and documentation related to the ongoing project - Maintain entire MIS related to the project. - Prepare Contracts, Letters of Intent, Purchase Orders, etc if required - Coordinating external meetings and conferences as well as organizing regular meetings with the project team - Work with team to make sure that project is on track, to remove impediments, provide resources and data needed - Compilation of project reports (operational and financial) and submission to clients - Coordinate with consortium partners for effective implementation of project activities - Review of technical documents from consortium partners and conduct regular meetings of Project Advisory committee (If any) - Comfortable to domestic & international travel frequently - Any other duties assigned by TERI Functional Competencies: - Job knowledge and technical expertise: Demonstrating and applying professional and/or technical expertise/knowledge required for the post - Proven ability to work flexibly and independently with limited supervision in multicultural team/ environment and deliver quality results against tight timelines - Ability to formulate and manage budgets; manage contributions and investments; manage transactions; conduct financial analysis and reporting - Good interpersonal skill and ability to establish and maintain partnerships and working relations with people in refrigeration and air conditioning industry - Able to interact with people effectively. Able to share and received information and feedback
