Qualification: 1. Any Graduation with at least 60% marks and 2. Two years of experience in UX/UI design and development in the software industry
Pay Scale: Rs. 30,000/- to 40,000/- per month, depending on the experience and qualifications (consolidated).
Desirable Qualifications: 1. Demonstrable UI design skills. 2. Solid experience in creating wire frames, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps 3. Proficiency in Photoshop, wire-framing tools and other tools of the trade 4. Knowledge of basics of web front end development (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) is a plus 5. Ability to create original graphic user interface elements like menus, tabs, and other widgets. 6. Visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction 7. Ability to present your designs and drafts to internal teams and other stakeholders 8. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively 9. Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies 10. Capability to build solutions that respond to the natural human thought process, adhering to style standards.
