Qualification: (i) Doctorate Degree in Science or First Class Master Degree m Engineering/Technology preferably m Renewable Energy from a Recognized University/Institution. (ii) Minimum 10 years of work experience of proven outstanding quality as evident from publications/recognition in case of Doctorate Degree or 15 years in case of Master Degree preferably in Research, Development & Demonstration/Design/Manufacturing /Policy Planning in the area of Bio-Energy.
Pay Scale: PB-4, Rs.37,400-67,000/- + Grade Pay Rs.10,000/- (as per 6th Pay Commission)
Age Limit: Age limit for direct recruits is 45 years (minimum) and 55 years (maximum). The maximum age of applicant for deputation shall not exceed 55 years and 62 years for Short term contract Basis as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
Desirable Qualifications: i. Doctorate in Biomass/Bio-Energy; ii. Demonstrable innovative achievements in Research, Design . and Development Project Execution capabilities m Bio-Energy Systems/subsystems/components/ materials; iii. Management m planning, finance, personnel and administration and leadership qualities required to motivate and lead a team in an Institute of repute. In case of Officers of Central / State Governments 1 PSUs/Universities/ Research Institutes / Autonomous bodies applying for recruitment on deputation basis - a. Persons holding analogous posts on regular basis and fulfilling the criteria for essential qualifications & experience
