Qualification: M.B.B.S. from a recognized institute, Registered as Medical Practitioner with Medical Council of India or any other State Medical Council of
Indian Union.
Pay Scale: Rs. 50,000/- per month
Desirable Qualifications: Knowledge of Hindi up to Matric Standard.
How To Apply For NHM Haryana Vacancy: Application form can be submitted in O/o Dy Civil Surgeon (NHM), Hisar on any working day with Demand Draft (DD) @ Rs 200/- per form in case of General Category and Rs. 100/- in other reserved categories in favor of “Chairman, District Health and Family welfare Society REC” payable at Hisar which will be non refundable. No Cheque or cash will be accepted. Candidate will mention the name, father’s name and category (Gen/SC/BCA/BCB/EWS etc) and name of post on the back side of Bank Demand Draft. Demand draft must be between the date of advt. and date of interview
General Instructions: 1.If no suitable candidate is found for post under category of UR ESM, the same will be filled from UR category as per Haryana Government Reservation policy. So applications from UR category will also be accepted. 2. In case of posts are not filled on the interview date or falls vacant then walk in interview will be held on 25th day of every month till the posts are filled or next advertisement whichever is earlier. If 25th day is non working day the interview will be held on next working day. 3.All other terms and conditions are available with application form on website: nrhmharyana.gov.in.
