Qualification: M.Sc. with minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade with Physics and Mathematics or equivalent degree.
Pay Scale: Rs.12,000/- per month (consolidated) No other allowances are admissible
Age Limit: Not more than 30 years
Desirable Qualifications: M.Sc. in Electronics/Physics/ Material Science with minimum of 60% marks. NET/GATE qualified candidates may be given preference
