Qualification:
M.Sc. in Physics with 1st class throughout with NET/GATE* qualification. Research experience in liquid crystal physics justified with published work and experience with the design of optical interferometer and fabrication of LC wedge cell and birefringence measurements. Knowledge of LC characterization / measurement techniques desired. *The requirement of qualifying NET/GATE qualification may be relaxed by the Committee in case of highly meritorious candidates or having Ph.D.degree in Physics.
Pay Scale: Rs.35,400-37,900-40,400-43,600- 46,800-50,000/- p.m. plus HRA @ 24%
