Post Graduate Diploma in Plastic Processing).
Pay Scale: Consolidate d pay: Rs. 25,000/- per month
Age Limit: Max. 35 years
Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in Plastic Injection moulding Industry for Post graduate diploma candidates / 3 years’ experience in Plastic Injection moulding Industry for Diploma candidates
Job Responsibilities: 1. QA Inspector reviews protocols, qualifies and validates procedure documented and approve by HLL. The QA Inspector ensures that such procedures at the Outsource facility are meticulously followed. 2. If a manufactured product does not meet quality specifications, the QA Inspector investigates and reports production line failures recommends corrective & preventive action (CAPA) and ensures CAPA is implemented. 3. The QA Inspector also tests samples to verify that goods are comply with standard specifications. 4. The QA Inspector will be responsible to the process; initiating proper maintenance of Injection moulds, validation, qualification and documentation of the same. 5. The QA Inspector will be responsible for ensuring 100% defect free components are supplied by the manufactures.
