Job Responsibilities: Facilitating the implementation of India Cooling Action Plan Research Associate is required to conduct following activities/duties/responsibilities: Key results expected: - Support/Lead-in developing proposals and undertaking meaningful research to support policy making in the air-conditioning sector/cooling sector. - Support/Lead primary and secondary research for proposals and project implementation - To develop surveys and questionnaires and to collect, collate and analyse the data using different data analysis software/tools - Staying abreast of the developments in India and globally in the field of cooling energy efficiency, refrigerant phase-out, international climate negotiations - Generate content and outreach activities for blogs, brochures, online posts, and articles - Support/Lead-in building strong relationships with relevant stakeholders - Support/Lead-in writing and preparing discussion papers, project-reports, issue-briefs, journal-papers - Participating in events, seminars, etc. related to the field of work - Comfortable to domestic & international travel frequently for carrying out various project activities - Any other duties assigned by appropriate authority in TERI
