General Instructions: 1. Keeping track of all the various services of the institute and making them functional and reporting day to day activity sheet in the form of reports and presentation. 2. To prepare, in the association, with the institute’s resources, various documents for a project working and other consultants, and present the same to project manager/office whenever asked. 3. To coordinate the site activities, progress and milestone schedule including services. 4. To maintain a weekly report of the services, site progress and present it to the project manager/office weekly wherein the status of works for the week would be discussed and plan of actions required to be taken for the coming week shall be presented by you and discuss. 5. To coordinate with Contractors and check the timeline lags, if any, in the works schedule and regularly check on work progress as on how to speed up the works based on the tasks at the site. 6. To participate and deliberate in the meetings of various committees of the Institute, as and when required. 7. To take over all the documents from the various vendors after completion of the concerned project and submit it to project office concern people. 8. Any other duties/responsibilities assigned time to time after your joining. 9. Software efficiency of Microsoft office and Auto-cadd.
