Qualification: Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery course from a recognized Board/ University/ Institution or equivalent. OR B.Sc Nursing or equivalent from a recognized Board/ University/ Institution. AND Registered as
Nurse and midwife with State Nursing Council. ICT skill course essentially Required from NIELIT:- The Candidate should at least one course out of the following courses from National Institute of Electronics Information Technology (NIELIT):- Awareness in Computers Concepts (ACC)-20 hours. Basic Computers Concepts (BCC)-36 hours. Course on Computer Concepts (CCC)-80 hours. CCC+ - 126 hours. Ex ert Com uter Course ECC -200 hours.

The candidate should apply only Online for the above said posts till 06.02.2020 upto 1.00 P.M The application is to be filled up Online on website www.qmch.qov.in by clicking on 'VACANCIES'. The candidates must upload the following documents at the time of filling up the application form online:- Matriculation certificate showing the date of birth or birth certificate issued by Govt. Authority. Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery course. B.Sc. (Nursing) Registration certificate from Nursing council Caste certificate, if applicable ICT Skill Certificate from National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT) Lineal Descendant Certificate, if applicable OBC/EWS Certificate issued by the competent authority, if applicable. Any other document. 3. No TA/DA etc. will be paid to the candidates, who are called for the Written Test and Counselling. The Written Test will be held in CHANDIGARH ONLY. Candidates with valid Application shall be issued Roll No./E-Admit Cards on GMCH website. These should be downloaded by the candidates directly from the GMCH website www.gmch.qov.in by clicking at link VACANCIES by entering his/her Registration Number/Application ID and Date of Birth.
