Institute of Life Sciences (ILS), Bhubaneswar, an autonomous institute of the Department of Biotechnology,

Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India invites applications from Indian Nationals to join in the following position.

Project: DBT project entitled "Technological innovations for development of functional foods from ethnic

fermented foods of the Indian Himalayas" under Himalayan Bioresource Mission

Fellowship: Rs. 47,000/- + @16% HRA

Last Date: 7th June 2023

Qualification: Position-1: Ph.D. in any branch of Life Sciences, microbiology, biochemistry & molecular biology. Candidates having expertise in microbiological & toxicological aspects of fermented food in in vivo models will be preferred.

Position-2: Ph.D. in any branch of Life Sciences, microbiology, biochemistry & molecular biology. Candidates having expertise in Bacterial genetics, who has performed gene deletion or gene mutation in bacterial genome and/or animal bacterial infection model will be preferred.
